Find an Online meeting
Welcome! Use this search to find ALL meetings whether Geographic Based or permanent (Area 10) Online Meetings. The default is set to include all meetings that meet your search criteria, whether Geographic Based or always Online. If you want to exclude Geographic Based meetings, UNCHECK the box next to “Include Geographic Based Meetings” at the top of the search area.
To Run a List of Online meetings:
- Choose your time zone
- Scroll down and click “Find Meetings”.
- All the meetings will show up.
- If you want to see the meetings in an easy format – click on the button “At a Glance”. All details of the meetings will appear.
- Click on “Print” to print the list.
- Or Select “Excel” to get the data. You will need to format the spreadsheet.
Meeting Etiquette:
These are live video meetings. We ask that you keep your video and audio turned on so that we can see and hear each other. Please be mindful that you are live and participants can see you. We ask that you please keep your device steady, not be in bed unless medically required, and keep all distractions – including food – away from your screen. We ask that you not eat while attending a meeting.
Important Note:
The default times for the meetings are listed as Eastern Time (ET). If you would like to see the times reflected in your time zone, change in the time zone in the search options.
