Hotel Registration
BREAKING NEWS: The convention is moving to the Hilton LAX while the Sonesta LAX completes renovations. The Hilton LAX is next door to the Sonesta LAX. See the address below.
The $169 per night group rate will be honored by the Hilton.
IMPORTANT FOR THOSE WITH RESERVATIONS AT THE SONESTA: those with existing reservations at the SONESTA will need to cancel their reservation online or call the Sonesta at 1800-SONESTA (1-800-766-3782) or 310-642-7500.
Information regarding making reservations at the Hilton LAX at the discounted rate will be provided soon.

Scholarship Donations and Requests for a Scholarship
Your donations can help someone who can not otherwise afford to attend the Convention.
To DONATE: Go to Eventbrite and click on Reserve a Spot/Get Tickets and scroll down to Scholarships (after registration) and input the amount you would like to contribute.

Refund Policy
The request for refund deadline is April 30, 2024. We cannot accommodate rollovers to future conventions. We recognize that government mandates may impact whether the Convention can be held in person on the stated dates. If due to government mandate, the Convention is postponed, we will roll over registrations to the next Convention. Otherwise, based on the facts available as of this time, refund requests will be only entertained until April 30, 2024 and will be assessed a $25 administration.
