Early Bird rates are $49.50 x 8 payments or $395.00 if paid in full. On November 1, prices will increase to $59.30 x 7 payments or $415.00 if paid in full.

Refund Policy

No refunds after April 30, 2027. $25 administration fee applies. We cannot accommodate rollovers to future conventions. Please email us if you plan to cancel or transfer your registration before or after the deadline. After the refund deadline, you may transfer your registration to another member or gift it to the convention Scholarship fund.
