For your convenience, Meeting information and service positions can be updated and sent to the WSO office through an online/web form. Please help us to keep this information current by using these online forms to update the information. We encourage Meeting Secretaries to update the information as it changes to keep the site current. This will also ensure WSO has the current contact information necessary to communicate the latest changes and news to the Secretaries of CEAHOW Meetings and Intergroups.
How do I update Meeting information?
- Go to the Meeting Update web page.
- Enter the Meeting Number in the field.
- Click on the Submit button and your current information will display.
- If you are Closing an Meeting, you must click the Cancel Meeting radio button. Otherwise the group will remain on the web site.
- Enter/ update the information in the fields as needed. Secretary Information: This information is for WSO purposes only and will not display on the web site or be used for any other purpose.
- Click the Update Meeting button and a new page will display with your changes. At the same time the Meeting web page is updated and a confirmation email is sent to whomever’s email is in the Contact Information fields, WSO and the CEAHOW webmaster.
PLEASE NOTE: The only information that is posted to the public web site is what you see on the Intergroup page. All the contact information for the service positions is only available to WSO for the work of World Service. Contact information is never shared with anyone outside the World Service Office.
